What is the 2014 Toyota Tundra's Projected Fuel Economy?

Fuel economy for the base V-6-powered 2014 Toyota Tundra could improve a bit with the anticipated redesign, perhaps rising to around 18/22/19 mpg city/highway/combined. If Toyota decides to offer this engine with 4WD, expect fuel economy at about 17/21/18 mpg.

We don’t expect fuel economy on either of the two available V-8 engines will change over their model-year 2013 levels. That means the 4.6-liter version should get an estimated 15/20/17 mpg with rear-drive and 14/19/16 mpg with 4WD). The 5.7-liter V-8 will probably be rated at 13/18/15 with rear-drive and 13/17/15 with 4WD.
